Early Warning for All in Africa

  1. Adapt a multi-hazard approach in the region to early warning systems which includes hydrometeorological hazards as well as biological and technological hazards. Lists of hazards and vulnerability maps in the continent should be identified
  2. Strong coordination among institutions at different levels (Regional, national and community) should be encouraged
  3. Public-private partnerships should be strengthened especially through collaboration of NMHSs and different stakeholders, in the delivery in early warning services.
